IN Norinnova we work every day to develop more good entrepreneurs and make the best start-up companies better. In this position, you will be part of a team that creates our offer for entrepreneurs and start-up companies. The position will focus mostly on the companies with us which are closest to the market and which have the ambition to take the step out into the global market. 

In this role, you will help the tech companies obtain funding for further development. You will contribute to our professional programmes, such as Startup IX and Scaleup IX.

Perhaps your contribution will be decisive in the future for a new cancer medicine to be put into use, or perhaps you will find the right partner to help a company make the big breakthrough?

Norinnova is the region's largest innovation company and has 21 competent employees with different educational and experience backgrounds. 

The company commercializes research, develops start-ups and creates growth in existing businesses. We are an innovation partner for UiT Norway's Arctic University and University Hospital Northern Norway and work closely with innovation companies across the country.

We are based in modern premises in Siva Innovation Center Tromsø and share offices with exciting start-up companies.
