In Scaleup IX, participants are contributors and contributors are participants. The human encounters and interactions that take place at the gatherings create a great starting point for personal growth and learning. At each session, we bring in experts from different industries; investors, top sports, Olympiatoppen, 330 Squadron, brand builders and financial partners.
Trine Lise Andersen
Performance developer Trine Lise has been responsible for building Olympiatoppen Nord, has a master's degree in sports psychology and performance coaching, as well as a PhD in organization and management. Trine Lise is passionate about communicating the importance of performance focus, team building and leading high-performing environments.
330 squadron
The department in the Air Force is subordinate to the rescue helicopter service and its main task is to carry out search and rescue missions. In Scaleup IX, they will talk about the importance of brief and debrief to work together as a team through demanding tasks.
Olympia tops
The social mission is to develop Norwegian elite sport with the clear goal of developing more Olympic champions.
In Scaleup IX, they will contribute with knowledge and experience from top sports related to goals and what it takes to become the best in the world. In addition, Olympiatoppen will provide personal follow-up of the participants between sessions.
Jon Trygve Berg
Partner in Sarsia. Jon is a mechanical engineer and authorized financial analyst with a background from several technology companies. The native of Alta has participated in over 200 financing rounds in portfolio companies. Today he works at Sarsia, an early stage venture capital fund based in Bergen with 3 funds with a total of 1.3 billion in capital under management.
