October 2019\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Britannia Hotel, Trondheim\n\nThe &#8220;Innovation Conference&#8221; has now been renamed the &#8220;InnoMed Conference&#8221;, and this year it will be held at the venerable Britannia Hotel, Trondheim&#8217;s main venue, which was opened in 1870, but which has undergone a significant renovation over the past 3 years and is now a 5-star hotel offering unique experiences.\n\nHere are some samples:\n<ul>\n \t<li><strong>State Secretary Paul Chaffey from KMD<\/strong> will open the InnoMed conference and talk about what promotes and hinders innovation in the public sector.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Cecilie K\u00e5ss Furuseth<\/strong>, known as the host of the NRK documentary series &#8220;Sinnsykt&#8221;, will share her insights and tell us how the healthcare system can be challenged to see the potential in all people with serious mental illness.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Gianluca Fontana<\/strong>, Director of the Centre of Health Policy, Institute of Global Health Innovation, London will provide insights into how health systems globally are adopting and spreading innovative solutions.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Chef Christopher Davidsen<\/strong>at Speilsalen at Britannia will give the closing lecture about his &#8220;journey&#8221; from a very difficult childhood to the status of a star chef with several international awards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nWe recommend that you visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/innomed.no\/uploads\/1_InnoMed-konferansen-2019.pdf\">program to<\/a> see these 4 and the other 10 exciting speakers&#8217; topics.
