We’re looking for someone who is triggered by the idea of ‘fighting for’ these ambitious companies to succeed with crucial steps on their way out into the world.

At Norinnova, we work every day to develop more good entrepreneurs and make the best startups better. In this position, you will be part of a team that creates our offering to entrepreneurs and startups. The position will focus mainly on our companies that are closest to the market and have the ambition to take the step into the global market.

In this role, you will help tech companies raise funding for further development. You will contribute to our professional programs, such as Startup IX and Scaleup IX.

The company commercializes research, develops start-ups and creates growth in existing businesses. We are an innovation partner for UiT The Arctic University of Norway and the University Hospital of North Norway and work closely with innovation companies across the country .

We are located in modern premises in Siva Innovation Center Tromsø and share offices with exciting entrepreneurial companies.

Desired qualifications
  • Higher education
  • Experience from business or start-up company
  • Experience in consulting or training others
  • Experience from raising funding
  • Good knowledge of Norwegian and English, both oral and written
